Aziz Ki Stars in Kaizer Chiefs 4-0 thrashing...

Kaizer Chiefs go to the halftime break trailing Young Africans by 2 goals in their Toyota Cup encounter in Bloemfontein.

Prince Dube catches the Chiefs defense napping and opens the scoring for Yanga in the 28th minute before ‘hot pot’ Aziz Ki doubles the scoring in the 48th minute, taking a 2-0 lead to the break.

It was going to be 2 goals each half as the Tanzanian Premier League champions continued where they left off in the second half when Clement Mzize made it 3, leaving Aziz to complete the scoring together with his brace in the 63th minute, making it 4-0.

Reeve Frosler, Nkosana Mbuthu and Mfundo Vilakazi were culprits for a goal per player, as they each made a mistake that led to a goal.

Yanga coach Miguel Gamondi pointed out that improvement had room in his side, while former Yanga head coach Nasreddine Nabi highlighted boosting player confidence in his new home, at Naturena.

Chiefs are one of the eight teams that did not qualify for the MTN8 which starts on the 3rd of August leaving them to only play a competitive match in September, according to the PSL fixtures released.

This leaves enough time for coach Nabi to work with his team, and hopefully see some form of silverware come the end of the season.
